10. Oatmeal

Fill the tub with cold water, throw one cup of oats and stir well. Soak in the water for almost 30 minutes. After getting out of it, air dry the whole body, but do not rub the skin with towels.
Generally I think of winter as the ‘holiday’ season more then summer. I mean there’s Independence Day (United States) and that’s about it for the summer holidays lol. I guess technically you could say Labor Day too but that marks the end of summer and the beginning of fall. Is it because no one reads anymore or what?
