Rise Early

At Disneyland, the early bird definitely gets the worm– or at least gets to ride all the best attractions without long lines. Be sure to check the hours of operation prior to your trip, and plan to be at the gates at least 30 minutes before opening. Doing so will ensure that you can hit the major attractions without having to endure long lines.

Prioritize Attractions

There is always something new being added to the Disney parks. This year, the latest addition to California Adventure is the much-anticipated Pixar Pier land. Because the crowds will inevitably flock to see this new attraction, savvy park-goers will hit up all the best attractions on Pixar Pier first. The Incredicoaster, Toy Story Mania, and Pixar Pal-A-Round should be at the top of your list. In addition to prioritizing rides, you should also be sure to check the latest entertainment schedule to make sure that you do not miss any parades or fireworks shows.
